1. About APSWise

APSWise is a free web application designed to help South African Grade 11 and Grade 12 learners calculate their Admission Point Score (APS) and discover university programmes they may qualify for based on their subject marks.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using APSWise you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree please do not use the app.

3. Who Can Use This App

This app is intended for South African learners in Grade 11 and Grade 12 and anyone preparing for university applications.

4. Information You Enter

When you use APSWise you will be asked to enter your subject marks. Please note the following:

• We do not save, store or collect any information you enter
• Your marks exist only for the duration of your session
• When you close or leave the app all your information is gone
• When you return to the app you will need to re-enter your marks
• Your information is never sent to any server or database
• Your information is never shared with any third party

Please note that Google AdSense may use cookies on your device for advertising purposes. See Section 12 and 13 for more details.

5. POPIA Compliance

APSWise complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. Because we do not collect, store or process any personal information beyond your current session, your privacy is fully protected. There is no personal data retained by APSWise at any time.

6. Accuracy of Results

APSWise is a guide only. Please note the following:

• APS results and qualifying programmes shown are based on the information available at the time of development
• University admission requirements change from year to year
• APSWise does not guarantee admission to any university or programme
• Always verify your results directly with the university before applying
• APSWise takes no responsibility for any decisions made based on the results shown

7. Private Universities

Requirements for private universities shown on APSWise are based on publicly available information. Private universities may have additional requirements not captured in the app such as interviews, portfolios or entrance exams. Always verify directly with the institution.

8. No Registration Required

APSWise does not require you to create an account or register. No personal information such as your name, email address or ID number is collected at any time.

9. Free to Use

APSWise is completely free to use. We do not charge any fees to access any part of the app.

10. Changes to the App

APSWise reserves the right to update, change or improve the app and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

APSWise displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. By using this app you agree that:
